Yanjuan Fan and Zhijian Chen were nabbed on Wednesday after allegedly dogging their on Fossil Creek Circle neighbors at will.
Cops say they’ve been fielding “over 20 service calls” involving a campaign of harassment where Fan and Chen unleashed a barrage of tactics such as fedding loudspeakers with jostling panic alarms sounds and then roaming around the block in cars to blare attack dog barking noises; even pulling into their neighbors’ driveways to aim their grating octaves.
And then the pair apparently took a victory lap to put their unforgiving sound tortures into videos that they would publish on either on livestream or batched videos splashed on socials to further turn the eardrum and eyeball screws.
A neighbor of the suspects was filming while the couple were walked out to parked cruisers.
“Intimidation and intrusion in neighboring homes with cameras and posting details online with intent to cause fear,” recounted Sam Herrera, who posted the purported footage. “That's the gist [sic] of it, it’s been going on for several years.”

They do it in a different way in my hometown of Nashville: urination on the Ryman Auditorium and filming it is an example. That is a sacred place for us/music history.
