A DERANGED SLUGGER was swinging and mostly whiffing at an innocent before he finally gave chase and tenderized him in the street.
Brian Taylor was allegedly captured on a Marathon Gas Station’s CCTV back at around 11 p.m. on July 8.
The footage shows him swinging for the fences (and missing each time) at a random innocent man who happened to be waiting in line.
Cops say Taylor pursued the human target into 420/Chester Pike to and finally connected to deliver a brutal baseball bat assault.
Cops managed to pull the suspect’s license plate tags and took him into custody and seized his weaponized timber as evidence.

TWO POACHERS ARE enjoying three squares and a cot.
The unnamed hunters were caught offing seven mature white-tailed deer bucks.
The state Fish and Game learned about the illicit kills (three of them classified as trophy animals) after a tipster reached out over the finding of two questionable deer heads.
Eight felony counts are being brought by the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office back on June 27 over a spree stemming from November where authorities say the wildlife were slain in a 24-hour period.
Not only did the poachers bag the seven outside of legal shooting hours but they left meat from three of the deer to rot.

JOHNNY LAW WAS too fast for Darrel Gray.
The suspect is accused of trying to knock off Community National Bank and Trust on West Central Avenue back on July 10.
He tried to snatch the cash but coppers and deputies moved in quick once a silent alarm was triggered.
The robbery may have secured a bundle — but didn’t get far.
He was scooped up and cuffed.

A PEPPER-SPRAYING PUNK emptied a sandwich shop till un a ruse.
The masked money-hungry robber entered the Earl of Sandwich on Laguna Boulevard on July 11.
Cops say he first purchased a fountain soda.
After filling up his tasty beverage the perp wandered around the dining room.
Staffers assumed he was taking a few minutes to cool off from the scorcher outside.
He then approached the worker manning the register and asked if they could exchange a $1 bill for quarters.
But once the register drawer became ajar the crook pulled out a pepper spray bottle and stuck it into the mug of the worker.
He then shoved the worker aside and helped himself to all the cash in the drawer
Cops were called and reportedly showed up 10 minutes later. The pepper spray perp was long gone.

THEY WERE BLAZING on the road and caught with a dope cache.
Evan Tucker, 30, and Sabrina Biscoglio, 31, were netted flooring it along Route 146 at around 2:45 on July 10.
A cop pursued and pulled over the pair.
They were quickly found to be in possession a 9mm pistol along with a bunch of poison including 190 grams of methamphetamine, 9 grams of ketamine, 8 grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, a digital scale, greenbacks.

A TANKED WOMAN was discovered smashed up in a ditch — her car holding meth and several irons.
On July 11, the woman (a convicted felon) was busted slumped over the steering wheel of the car that was stuck in a ditch.
A highway patrol officer found the wreck and after she came to affected a DUI arrest. A search of the car revealed meth, several guns (one stolen), and hundreds of rounds of ammunition.

BOBBY SMALLWOOD WASN’T trying to be small time.
The perp had been greeted at his Asbury Park Apartments on Walston Street by a bunch of investigators.
They say he made a run for the loo and attempted to flush cocaine down the toilet.
But authorities are proud to say he “was not successful”.
The investigators collected 28 grams of cocaine, 2,500 fentanyl pills (255 grams), 256+ grams of MJ, scales, packing material and marijuana wax, 800 grams of raw fentanyl, 721 grams pressed fentanyl pills (7,000 dosage units) and 250 grams of marijuana were seized, scales, and packaging materials.
Cops also took into custody of Carol Lane.

The July 4th deadly inferno took the life of a 76-year-old who was trapped inside and succumbed to her wounds at a nearby hospital.

Tons of liquid asphalt puddled all over Gotham intersection and required a heavy duty cleanup.
NYFD: “When units arrived, we found a tanker truck carrying approximately 35 tons of liquid asphalt flipped on its side and leaking. Fire units quickly acted to isolate and contain the spill, preventing it from entering storm drains or surrounding buildings,” said Battalion Chief Walter Kowalski.
