A WILLING MULE.

Suppliers willing to pay top coin to move their pure Bolivian coke.

And the feds were orchestrating everything.

Back in May, Raul Sarmiento and Cesar Velasquez allegedly broke bread at an eatery with a confidential informant.

That meet-and-greet led to a second meet on June 3.

This time two CIs were making eyes with just Sarmiento.

The chatter involved the informants offering to transport cocaine to a choice destination.

On June 16, they gathered again; this time Sarmiento and a man he called his soldier named Fnu Lnu to talk more turkey.

The coke needed to go from Houston to Galveston.

There would be eight or even nine kilos of Bolivian powder and the informants would haul it for a pretty price.

Three days would pass before they all agreed on terms and a drop-off specifics (that would only be elicited on the day of the transport).

The deal to get the suspects' dope to its Galveston destination was finally hashed out at a Chipotle.

That meet was on for Jun 26.

The informants learned that Sarmiento had a crew of six loyal who relied on four cars to move the product.

On their maiden voyage, the two CIs would be tasked with moving eight bricks or "Ocho cuadritos de pase" that translates roughly to eight squares of cocaine.

Sarmiento and Andys Herrera riding shotgun retrieved their dope.

They presented the kilos to the CIs in a small pelican case.

The sum to move the dope was $1,000 each.

But then came the rub... the feds secured the cash and coated it with a powder that would spread to anybody who touched it.

It was only visible with the use of a black light.

Once busted both Sarmiento and Herrera were subject to being frisked and photographed.

Agents found a loaded pistol and after shining a black light on their hands confirmed they had the powder residue on them.

Their alleged brothers-in-arms, Luis Sarmiento, Cesar Velasquez, and Darwin Martinez all tried to flee Chipotle in a Cadillac SUV.

But they were quickly netted.

HUMDRUM TEENS WERE caught for sullying a public lavatory.

Cops say the defaced area had been tagged by four teens, ages 14 to 16, back on June 8.

The youths were hit with graffiti (Pecuniary Loss $100–$750), a Class B misdemeanor charges.

THE COPS INTERRUPTED a suspected H slinger counting cash.

Steven Lefebvre was allegedly stacking bundles when he was met at his Sargeant Street home by the fuzz back at around 4:45 p.m. on June 20.

The 41-year-old was cuffed and cops collected 50 bags of heroin, several plastic vials filled with crack, and $300.

OPEN AIR DEALING came to a close on South Bridge Street.

Richard Cokotis, 43, was nabbed for the carefree trafficking back on the morning of June 17.

Cops say he was armed with a pocket knife.

Officers bagged 111 vials of cocaine and more than $100 in cash.

AFTER SEVERAL CONTROLLED buys cops had their man.

Lonnie Crawford, Jr., 27, was pinched on June 25, after allegedly tendering buys (at least four of them) with informants for about 10 grams of meth apiece.

The cops descended on Crawford’s Oakridge Road home where they seized three pounds of suspected methamphetamine, 11.95 grams of suspected Fentanyl, almost three ounces of suspected crack, 28.4 grams of suspected MJ, three pistols, digital scales, and vacuum bags commonly used to package narcotics.
