⬛ SIRENS/NATIONAL BLOTTER
▀ ‘Burglar’s’ Nip Of Wine In Fridge Did Him In (Rich Township, IL)
HE SHOULD HAVE stayed thirsty.
A DNA hit pulled from the mouth of a wine bottle helped cops tracked down a suspected burglar who struck a home last year.
Jeremiah Phillips, 35, was slapped with charges for the Sept. 6 burglary inside of a home on Blackstone Avenue.
Cops say Phillips kicked open the front door and ransacked the home and its adjacent garage.
The crook also allegedly swung open the garage fridge and helped himself to a refreshing rip of chilled 19 Crimes Cali Red. He was then seen spotting security cameras and he quickly spray-painted the lenses.
Detectives took a sample of the DNA from the mouth of the wine bottle.
In February, a CODIS report confirmed a hit to Phillips.
Phillips was charged on May 2 with residential burglary, burglary, and criminal damage to property.

A TRICKSTER COURTED a variety of unsuspected chaps out of cash.
Richard Agyemang allegedly swindled four dozen victims of about $2 million dating back to the summer of 2020.
The front was always a promise of romance by playing women and then squeesing them out of cash to aid, securing precious antiques stuck in London, $10 million boxes of gold bars, a sick mother needing an operation.
“I’m a respiratory therapist and Risun LLC business owner…I have NEVER sent money on anyone’s behalf.”
All of it complete bollocks.
And yet time and again the hopeful men, texting and emailing with “Kathy” or “Emily” — were all snookered into sending funds to Ageymang who then laundering it to China through his company Risun, according to the court docs.
