⬛ EVIDENCE ART
▀ Krispy Crackdowns (Prince William County, VA)
A SERIES OF busts had local authorities ready to show off the bad stuff (including the rice krispies!).
Cops table-topped fentanyl, Oxy, MDMA, cocaine, and heroin after the raids.
▀ Bigtimers Moving Lightweight (Manchester, NH)
A ROUNDUP OF 17 dope slingers came at the end of a four-month probe.
Narcos moved in on the syndicate and racked up 17 collars and confiscated their supply of fentanyl, coke, crack, and meth and a few C-notes.
▀ Armed & Wanted (Fresno, CA)
IT’S THE STORY of the convicted felon and his wanted galpal.
Both were facing the wrath of the law when narcos paid a visit to their domicile on Pleasant And Fedora Avenues back on July 17.
Both were caught with Chiva loca (fentanyl and heroin), meth, black tar heroin, Xanax, guns, ammunition, and body armor.
A third perp was also booked on charges.
BACKTALK:
Travis Munoz: Glad those 22lr rifles of war are off the street.
Martin Gallant: Narcotics convicted felons and firearms. Geez, looks like the strict firearm laws in California work real well don’t they…. What a joke.
▀ Outlaws Busted With Fet + Meth (Martinsville, VA)
IT WAS BILLY Joe Plaster, Prince Eric Hanson both riding in a 2010 Mercedes driven by Kevin Devaughn Smith and they must have been hoping nobody would be the wiser.
But on July 17, deputies pulled over the trio and then brought along K9 Zajo to the party.
The pooch sniffed up something foul.
That odor proved to be a combination of meth and fentanyl.
▀ Straw Farm (Okmulgee, OK)
SOME GREEN THUMBS were met by narcos for cultivating off-the-books buddha.
A farm located on North Morton Avenue suspected of growing ganja on the black market was raided on July 16.
Agents seized 7,282 marijuana plants and 534 pounds of processed nuggs tied to what they say was a “straw ownership” scheme.
BACKTALK:
Marky Greenthumb: Looks like a nice grow operation. Good and clean. While I appreciate the OBN's work to combat black market activities, I can't help but feel we're missing the bigger picture here. Imagine the tax revenue if Oklahoma embraced a more expansive, well-regulated cannabis market, including out-of-state sales. The reduction from 8,400 to 2,100 active farms represents a huge loss of potential income for our state. We should be empowering these businesses, not constantly shutting them down. If issues arise, a system of strict fines and clear pathways to compliance seems far more beneficial than outright closures, both for the growers and for Oklahoma's budget.
Ashliegh Nikole: "straw ownership scheme" makes me laugh! I mean, in all fairness it was a scheme set up by none other than 👀👀👀! Better vett those licenses next time!
Samantha Elizabeth: Who issued the straw licenses? I really wanna know that.
Albert Carmond: remember weed is only legal as long as the govt gets their cut...
Jarrod Eugene Harrell: Giving out licenses without proper vetting it seems to me like maybe an on purpose oversight to funnel money into these agencies… wild
Carrie Ann: Yet they let biggest one run wild for over 5 years 🙄, he's even been indicated for trafficking and knowingly buying and operating a new location for over a year without an obn license yet all his dispensaries are still open and running. Riddle me that obn, because every one in the industry has known and been screaming at the top of their lungs that he has been operating illegally yet his stores remain open. How pleasant that will be if they actually decide to raid them and innocent customers are in there in the middle of a raid because they can't make him shut his storefronts. What is obn even here for then?
Corn Bread: Great job over regulating most of them to make them non compliant!!!
Eddie Williams-jr: Now test that medicine and donate it to low income medical patients.
Charlie Mai: The Chinese get to go home with all their money.. This isn't a ICE situation where they stick someone in a van and put them in a determent center
Charlie Mai: Zero straw owners have been arrested and faced charges btw
Charles Dillard: Great work. When they do it illegally, it costs them everything. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Hunter Lengrand: Y'all should come to Maryland and Delaware there's plenty of illegal large grows there
Charlie Mai: The country of Thailand probably has OMMA and OBN director on their most wanted list for the damage they cause their MJ industry

▀ Strege Is A Strange One (New York, NY)
NO DA WITH a JD worth its salt is willing to touch this lawsuit that placates nukes to all of mankind’s woes.
In their answer to New Mexico local Adam Strege’s claims, Manhattan federal prosecutors remain lost on how to proceed, calling his filing being “unclear” as to who he is :suing or what relief he seeks.”
Further, they cite previous filings were quickly discounted as “rambling, garbled, and extremely difficult to decipher,” “largely unintelligible, “and “difficult to follow or understand.”)…
And they further call the effort a “spattering of legal terms and statutes interspersed with pure gibberish about nuclear missiles, human body parts in hamburgers, and his own sexual exploits. Nowhere does a viable claim appear.”
