A PECULIAR SOMEONE was acting off while in the street.
Victor Sanjurjo Melendez, 27, was acting especially untoward at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Melnea Cass Boulevard back at around 12:30 p.m. on May 6.
The cops say he was witnessed transacting some powder to customers.
A closer pursuit of the suspect led them to search Melendez.
And they discovered in his undies 16 small plastic twists containing approximately 25 grams of crack and a stack of bills.
He was brought down on trafficking, distribution, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Simonthefish: I just stumbled across this randomly enough, and I’m an insurance agent. Your insurance agent/your boyfriend should be the one taking pictures of the damage on his car. It’s pretty rare that the cop would go out of there line of duty to do so (at least in my experience where I live/work). I think your boyfriends shadiness is a little odd, and the fact that she just happened to be driving by to see him walking is stranger. Report her ass for misconduct (if you feel during the time of the accident she was being inappropriate/actually hitting on your boyfriend), and man up & confront your boyfriend about how uncomfortable it’s all making you and go from there sweetie.
Former cop here: Then you contact the Chief of Police - it’s that simple. If she retaliates in any way at all, she’d most likely lose her job. She won’t - she’ll stay FAR away from your bf so it won’t look like she is. Law Enforcement agencies take such things VERY seriously. -CoD_GEEK
